- Have a strong development background with good solution architecting skills - Ownership of features and components from concept, design, development & deployment working with in-house and vendor development teams. - Participate in the solution architecting, enterprise interface design and integration. - Lead a team of developers in Java based applications, define and drive development team priorities and ensure delivery. - Experience of implementing Agile, Scrum & Iterative processes - Design experience in Enterprise Java, Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, REST web services, JMS, Caching, XML, JSON - Must have good experience in Unix & SQL - Experience in designing API framework, containerisation and micro services based architecture - Work with users to understand requirements, design scalable and efficient technology solutions. - Assist teams in UAT testing and resolve issues as per criticality.
