Workforce Transformation - Consulting Firm (12-19 yrs)

Role :

- Drive outcome drive Efficiency and Effectiveness improvement projects in Lead to Cash process

- Lead Digital Transformation of the process including Simplification, integration in sub processes, enable data transparency and controls to deliver Cost savings, Visibility & increased Fulfilment in People Supply Chain

- Liason with all internal stakeholders e.g. Resource Management Group, HR, Finance, CIO

- Liaison with Partners like Consulting firms, Start-up etc.

- Program Related Internal & External Communication

- Craft project status reporting and executive briefings to update senior leaders on the program/project performance

Can quickly establish trusting relationships that enable to influence others, gives, and receives feedback.

- Organized & Flexible - Can create simple structures and processes that accelerate our business. And, is flexible, like thinking on the feet, and can adjust for the unexpected.

- Data-obsessed. Takes data seriously, drives data based decision-making, and always have ideas on how something can be improved.

At minimum Experience needed :

- Experience in Lead to Cash process in IT Industry with focus on Revenue Assurance, Resource Management Efficiency Improvement & Resource Fulfilment

- Depth understanding of RMG and knowledge of Finance function for IT/ ITeS businesses.

- Have worked with Senior Leadership team like CEO and other CxOs

- Strong influencing, communication and facilitation skills

- MBA from Reputed school will be an added advantage.
