Workforce Analytics Role - BFS

Position : Workforce Analytics

Experience : 1-4 yrs

Location : Bangalore

Shift : 1.30 - 10.30 PM

Skills : Statistical modelling, Forecasting Modelling, SAS, SQL, BI Reporting

Job Summary :

- Support and drive the development of Analytics capability from GWG, India, working closely with the Operations group for GW Financial, U.S.

- Examples include but not limited to :

a. Build and maintain Forecasting & Capacity planning models

b. Provide analysis and Key insight related to GW Operations

c. Create, manage, enhance and automate BI reports related to Forecasting & Capacity Planning

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Create and own volume forecasts & capacity plan models

2. Analyze Internal Metrics and performance data & recommend solutions for decision making at highest levels

3. Work with senior leaders and generate insights that aid key decisions relating to Operations efficiency and Workforce plan optimization

4. Build, manage, enhance and automate BI reports related to Forecasting & Capacity Planning

Desired Candidate profile :

- The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of directly related experience in Volume Forecasting and Capacity Planning

- Expert in tools related to forecasting and BI reporting - (MS Excel, SAS, SQL etc.)

- Proven ability in building and enhancing Capacity planning models and frameworks

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to collaborate with other teams

- Strong time management with ability to meet deadlines

- Ability to deliver projects independently

- Excel under pressure
