Workday Specialist - HR Domain - BFS (5-11 yrs)
My client is a reputed MNC with offices across the globe is seeking a Workday Specialist for their Pune office in India. This is a global supporting role and a good opportunity to join at Phase 1 of the Workday roll out, where you will get a beginning to end exposure. Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Making it sure that all solutions are consistent with the Enterprise and IT architecture in HR domain
- Responsible for technical design guidelines, best practices, performance guidelines
- Validating HR solutions ensuring supportability, scalability, operability and compliance according to prevailing company standards and policies.
- Provide analysis and support to approved HR projects, to include testing scenario development and requisite data maintenance.
- Working along with consultants reviewing new processes and improving existing ones.
To qualify for this role, you will require:
- 5 to 11 years of experience
- Experienced and knowledgeable in HR Applications and HR CLOUDs Workday/Workday Studio
- 5 years of SAP techno functional experience
- SAP / Workday / Success factor configuration experience
- Knowledge of SAP Gateway/FIORI/UI5
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- HR Domain knowledge of system architecture
