Workday Functional Consultant - HR (10-15 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility -
- Lead functional team and manage all tasks, issues and risks
- Lead detailed planning activities for architect, configuration, and testing
- Lead HR process design activities and coordinate across other teams
- Lead functional area in the design and configuration of the Workday prototype
- Conduct unit testing and support system testing
- Develop and manage testing strategy and approach for unit, system, integration and user acceptance testing
- Manage testing scorecard, defect tracking, and defect resolution
