Skills/Experience:

Requirements:

- Should have worked in at least 2 end to end Workday Finance

- Implementations with participation from FDM to Final DA and sign off

- Should be a certified Workday Finance core Consultant. Highly desirable to have additional certification in Financial modules like Customer Contract, FA, Receivables etc.

- Demonstrate good operational understanding of Finance functions in terms of determining KPA's to measure effectiveness

- Good understanding of operational and Transactional Finance functions in terms of Configurations, Operational Processes, Reporting Statutory / Informational/BI (Eg. Org. set up, Month end close processes, Trial Balance, Balance sheet, Dashboards etc.)

- Familiarity with Tableau, Creation of Excel Dashboards, ability to chunk and piece data together for analysis is desired

- Exhibiting ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment

- Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various audiences

- Demonstrating working knowledge of Financial Data model, organization design, process design, Industry updates, Compliance to relevant standards (GAAP, IFRS etc.).
