Manager - Product Manager

About the role :

She/he will be a part of the product domain and will be responsible for managing the product development and execution in the company.

Product planning and the technical execution of the product from beginning to end. She/he would be accountable for building and constantly improving the product using industry experience and feedback from customers

Key Responsibilities :

- Taking up all product-related initiatives to make recommendations to optimize the product's functioning to drive business and enhance customer experience

- Working closely with the founders and the rest of the team to identify large problems and build new to market solutions.

- Develop and explore new ideas, initiatives, and products/services

- Identify market trends and product benchmarks, to drive growth and improve customer experience

- Manage the entire product lifecycle i.e from ideation to execution

- Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking, and reviewing the product direction and current work frequently.

- Create Measure what works, what doesn't work, and drive business decisions based on data.

- Clearly articulate and document product features and functionality, based on the companys strategy

- Collaborate with the Development Team (Design, Product, and Build) and other cross-functional teams to take features from concept to production

- Proven work experience in Product Management of 1+ years in a startup

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Hustler and can get the job done

- Product positioning/problem solving

- Creation to execution: Product strategy

- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to drive execution by taking ownership

- Good understanding of latest trends, guidelines & best practices in Product/ In-app Marketing & Product Cycle Management
