We are looking out for Work Place Service Manager for one of leading brand into education sector. They have presence in 38 countries and tie up 600 universities across the globe.

Job Location-New Delhi-Nehru Place

Job Role-

Facilities Management:

- Space planning and space management, including strategic planning and tactical changes.

- Managing small projects including efficiency improvements, office alterations & repairs, regular moves, additions and changes.

- Managing Hard services (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, safety). Establish and operate preventative maintenance plans.

- Develop programs & processes that aim to reduce both short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity and longevity of the infrastructure.

- Delivery of Facilities Operations projects such as refurbishments and improvements.

- Putting adequate safety & security measures for the Head Office & the branch network. o Be the lead Facilities member contributing the company's office design standards.

- Ensure end-to-end readiness for in-house education events.

Vendor Management

- Managing vendors including janitorial, maintenance, travel, office supplies etc.

- Travel & Transportation o Overall responsibility of the national travel desk: Efficient & cost effective planning for local, domestic & international travel

- Internal customer relationships o Be the SPoC for critical issues related to workplace services o Understand our customers- strategies and expectations and deliver a relevant solution.

Leadership & Management

- Ensure efficient delivery utilising an adequate balance of employees and service providers.

- Provide leadership and guidance to both internal employees and service providers in decision making processes that drive customer value. Lead, mentor, and develop team members - while respecting the subject matter expertise that they and their global team bring to the table.

Budgets

- Develop and monitor operational budgets for both internal and contracted resources; responsible for the operational performance of service providers.

- Accountable for budgets.
