Work India - Manager - App Acquisition (3-5 yrs)
Role Description: Acquisition Manager
- Creating strategy and roadmap for Work India candidate performance marketing activities; Optimize segmentation and audience strategy, targeting at increasing high quality candidates and installs.
- Develop and own customer acquisition funnels; Create a optimum and effective campaign structure across all digital platforms (Facebook, Google SEO/ SEM, Programmatic, Play Store, Affiliates, social media etc)
- Driving and owning ROI from performance marketing, continuously developing experiments/A/B tests to improve metrics, including content/creative, audience segmentation, ad placements, retargeting and new channels to maximize full-funnel performance
- Work closely with cross functional teams like campaign agencies, Data Analytics and Tech to build a complete visibility of campaign funnels and reporting system to support the above objectives
- Lead external agencies for Performance marketing and SEO for carrying out all campaign activities
- Identify and evaluate new and emerging channels to test and scale growth initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional team members (Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales Ops, Sales) to develop processes that will help increase conversion and improve funnel metrics
- Customer centric mindset - be continually in touch with customers - Get consumer insights and collaborate with the Product team to develop products optimizing customer journey
- Assist the Growth head in monthly, quarterly and annual planning and reporting
Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in managing customer acquisition, growth, or performance marketing campaigns, in B2C companies/eCommerce brands
- Hands on in Performance marketing for both app and Web driving Acq of customers - Google Ads, FB Ads Manager, Google/Heap Analytics, Programmatic, ASO, App store management, SEO, SEM, Meta channel etc
- Experience driving optimizations across campaign structures, ad creatives, and landing pages
- Strong analytical skills to drive campaign insights into actionable plans
- High level of autonomy, self-motivation, and resourcefulness
- Good understanding of segmentation, creative and content design on campaign performance and - optimizations
- Experience with multi-touch attribution models and tools - eg Singular, Branch
- Experience working in early-stage startups or running a startup
