Work India - Digital Marketing Manager

What will this role do?

- Responsible for entire Digital Marketing effort at WorkIndia

- Responsible for acquiring users at a cheaper cost than google and Facebook

- Responsible for finding out new strategies and optimizations to lower the cost of acquisition

- Responsible for finding new marketing channels to get user growth

- Responsible to facilitate an entire end to end tracking of the source of acquisition along with a goal conversion

What will success look like in the next 6 months:

- Able to scale the digital marketing effort at the same user acquisition cost irrespective of the competition

- Able to work independently and achieve numbers of users growth as planned Ideal profile for this role:

- Expert in Digital Marketing for Google and Facebook

- At least 3 years of Digital Marketing experience

- Worked in a scaled startup and handled a budget of at least 1Cr

- Rich experience in data, tracking, and cohort analysis of different segments of users
