Description We are seeking a results-focused, quality-driven FINANCE MANAGER who has demonstrated extensive experience in handling accounting, finance, reporting processes (Record to Report) and MIS. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity; detail oriented and will possess the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. Equally important for success in this role is the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of complex tasks as the business continues to grow. A candidate should have strong technical accounting and hands-on experience in developing innovative solutions for enhanced Controllership and process / system improvement. The successful candidate should have a strong desire in innovating processes and exceed expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, primarily driving innovation on behalf of our stakeholders. Job Responsibilities - Complete responsibility of Finance, Accounts &amp; Taxation work of the company. - Management of Account payable and Account Receivables. - Liaising with bankers. - Single point contact for internal / external stakeholders on finance - Managing treasury &amp; cash funds for the company - - Streamlining processes for working capital management - Handling the complete accounting department - Monthly review of the MIS and reporting to investors. - Preparation of working capital requirements, cash flow and fund flow. - Managing the working capital to ensure least exposure to high interest-bearing debts - Reconciliation with customers and vendors. - Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. - Preparation and vetting of agreements and MOUs. - Audit coordination and closure. - Setting up processes in areas of purchases, payroll, cash and bank - Handling due diligence for funding (legal and financial DD) - Handling Income Tax and GST related matters - Coordinating with the external auditors (Big Fours) and consultants for timely completion of local GAAP audit, IFRS group audit and compliances. - Liaising with consultants and Govt. authorities for ensuring timely completion of direct, indirect tax, Transfer Pricing and FEMA related compliances. - Actively lead strategic initiatives and special projects or process improvement initiatives. - Leading the teams to perform and support new business/system launches including UAT - Leading, coaching and developing a team of the financial analysts, staff accountants, team leads and managers across various accounting processes to ensure consistent delivery of the high-quality work by the team. Preferred Qualifications - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ or more years of post-qualification experience in Month end closing of Books of accounts / working on various Sub-ledgers / Accounting Knowledge / Balance sheet Reconciliation &amp; Reporting activities - Strong accounting skills. - Exceptional leadership skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Strong customer focus - both Internal / External - Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. - A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations. - Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. - Detail-oriented, well-organized. - Ability to readily adapt to and lead through changing environment. - Exceptional interpersonal skills - including written and oral communication skills.
