You'll manage everyday people and customer finance at Wooqer to enable smooth operations on Payroll, statutory compliances, billing, collections and MIS. You can extend your learning to include FP&A to support due growth over 18 months. You'll ensure timely and smooth annual statutory processes, and filings. Key Responsibilities : - Manage finance operations (Finance, accounts, payroll, billing, collections, MIS) - Support corporate actions (fund raising, IP & structure) - Manage book of accounts, contracts and customer history - Streamlining work procedures, standardizing internal controls & processes, and formulating cost effective business solutions for enhancing accounting and related operations. - Track Annual Operating Plans. Tracking business performance against plan. - Prepare data for management, board and shareholders Desired Background : - A CA/CPA & MBA from a reputed institution with 5-9 years of experience in a similar or a step down role at a reputed organization. - Prior experience working with a global technology operation is a must - Excellent communication & presentation skills - Prior experience been part of fund raise team, investor management and AOP tracking desired - Excellent problem solving skills - Background in driving business results through the function is a must - background with enterprise SaaS business is preferable.
