- You'll be the backbone of all customer operations around the Wooqer platform. You'll come to work every day imagining new innovative ways to make experience of millions of users better on Wooqer.

- You'll identify areas that can make Wooqer easier to use & sell every day. You'll mitigate the roadblocks for users and manage Wooqer response to customer asks. You'll work with customer teams (Sales & Customer Success), & manage experience/infrastructure/operations analytics & engineering teams.

- You'll identify popular use cases and make them winning use cases on merit of ease-of-use and technology vision.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- You'd have successfully managed platform & engineering operations for at least one large scale platform even if in a secondary position.

- Minimum experience of 7 years is a must.

- Ability to create teams and earn their respect
