Role Description: The digital marketer will own the company website and be responsible for growing website traffic. Ensure a smooth end-to-end user experience with a unified look and feel in keeping with the brand guidelines. Key responsibilities: - Be responsible for the company website. Evolve website as an online sales channel. - Increase website traffic both organically and inorganically and maximize conversions. Report and analyze weekly key website metrics to the marketing team. - Plan, execute, and report on digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Responsible for optimizing the landing pages to improve visit to lead conversion. - Apply a consistent design approach to all digital properties from website to social in keeping with brand guidelines. - Design, A/B test, and implement digital design projects. - Design, create, and optimize website landing pages for maximum conversion. - Must be capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and juggling numerous pressing priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment. - Bring in creative new ideas for digital growth. - Ensure maximum uptime and a superior user experience. Key Skills: - Deep Google Analytics knowledge is a must - HTML and SQL knowledge - Adobe Creative Cloud 2014 (Photoshop, Illustrator) - Strong typography skills - UI/UX know how is expected - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
