Qualifications: - 8-10 yrs of engineering development experience - At least 2/5 yrs of SaaS platform technology management - Strong understanding of scalable, HA distributed systems design using Java - Good acumen about evolving Frameworks, workflow architectures & Big Data - Passionate about reviewing a LOT of code and should be willing to write code 20 - 25% of the time - Work with product and business on product initiatives, prioritization, planning and execution - Experience in owning consumer facing mission critical systems and working under SLA's on uptime, performance - Desirable if the candidate has had architect roles in the past Responsibilities: - Be a role model and professional coach for engineers.
