With 8/10 largest banks already initiated on Wooqer, you'll help customers achieve their goals with the platform, explore opportunities to grow revenue with customers, onboard new customers, uncover new use cases for the segment on the platform to drive usage and growth. Customer, revenue and user retention shall be your operating metrics. Key Job areas : - Onboard new customers in the BFSI space in India & help international. - Develop a Wooqer point of view for the Banking sector - Monitor customer health parameters and drive interventions where required - Grow user base, usage and revenue within existing customers - Develop and manage a BFSI playbook for Wooqer - Partner with BFSI sales teams on new pursuits. - Partner with product management to deliver on platform roadmap.
