We are building an AI backed engagement platform to educate and incentivize individuals to make environmentally responsible choices in their everyday lives and simultaneously create more customer engagement for sustainable brands and organizations.

Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Objective: To join in the company's mission and define the tech strategy of the company.

Job Description: As a Co-Founder there are no boundaries with the scope of work one undertakes during the 0-1 journey. However, these are the core responsibilities as the CTO of the company:

- Map the business goals into a technology strategy

- Define the technology vision, roadmap, and infrastructure for the company to continually improve customer experience and offerings

- Work closely with the core team to determine the direction of software development, solutions and product offerings

- Develop and deploy solutions at a fast pace

- Identify new opportunities and develop products and processes in line with the evolving technologies

- Build and lead the team to achieve business goals

Required Skillset:

- BE/Btech. in Computer Science from Premier Institutes

- Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement about building innovative consumer products

- 3-7 years of experience in consumer tech, internet/e-commerce, B2C/B2B platforms

- Strong leader with hands-on experience as a Full Stack Software Developer (Backend Development and with Frontend Development)

- Experience in building scalable products, platforms and modern technologies

- Experience with natural language processing, machine learning, or other artificial intelligence techniques
