Job Location: Gurgaon Job Objective: To join in the company's mission and define the tech strategy of the company. Job Description: As a Co-Founder there are no boundaries with the scope of work one undertakes during the 0-1 journey. However, these are the core responsibilities as the CTO of the company: - Map the business goals into a technology strategy - Define the technology vision, roadmap, and infrastructure for the company to continually improve customer experience and offerings - Work closely with the core team to determine the direction of software development, solutions and product offerings - Develop and deploy solutions at a fast pace - Identify new opportunities and develop products and processes in line with the evolving technologies - Build and lead the team to achieve business goals Required Skillset: - BE/Btech. in Computer Science from Premier Institutes - Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement about building innovative consumer products - 3-7 years of experience in consumer tech, internet/e-commerce, B2C/B2B platforms - Strong leader with hands-on experience as a Full Stack Software Developer (Backend Development and with Frontend Development) - Experience in building scalable products, platforms and modern technologies - Experience with natural language processing, machine learning, or other artificial intelligence techniques Compensation : This is a purely equity based role.
