Service Manager - UHNI Wealth (Mumbai)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Service Manager to oversee client account management, transaction processing, and client service requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of financial products, regulatory guidelines and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Sales will NOT be required in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Account Management & Service:

- Process and manage account openings, transaction processing, and other client service requests to ensure seamless operations.

- Oversee all client services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of inquiries.

2. Portfolio & Product Knowledge:

- Maintain and update client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and alignment with their investment objectives.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and relevant product offerings from both an operational and product perspective.

3. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and compliance procedures, including KYC guidelines and industry regulations.

- Maintain all audit-related logs and ensure complete documentation for audit trails and compliance purposes.

4. Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial intermediaries and clients, fostering long-term partnerships and trust.

5. Industry Awareness & Product Development:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product offerings, and regulatory changes, ensuring that the service approach is aligned with market developments.

6. Technical Proficiency:

- Utilize Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.

7. Certifications:

- Possession of relevant certifications such as NISM & AMFI is a plus.

Other Requirements:

- Must have at-least 4 years experience in the Service Role (preferably with a bank)

- Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)

- AMFI / NISM Certification
