Wodehouse Capital Advisors is a leading Investment Banking & Family Office with offices in Mumbai & Delhi since 2010. We are looking at adding members to in our Transaction Advisory & Consulting Services Team at Mumbai. - Candidates with prior experience in Fund Raising (Equity/Debt), M&A, Project Financing, Restructuring & Re-Financing, Strategic Consulting would be preferred. The Job responsibilities include : - Valuation of companies using various valuation techniques. - Participate in the business and financial due diligence. - Handle end-to-end transactions from Origination to Deal closure. - Research & analyse industry, economic, market and regulatory data as required to support sector coverage activities and transaction execution and ideation. - Responsible for internal initiatives such as updating the investor database, transaction database etc. - Analyze company financial statements and create financial models for client companies. - Prepare detailed information memorandum/pitch book/presentations. - Supporting Directors in new business development by identifying bankable prospects. - Previous Business Development/Deal Origination experience preferred. - Willing to Travel (Locally & outstation as per requirement) Qualifications : - CA/MBA Finance/CFA level I - III - Strong Analytical & Problem solving skills; Ability to multi-task; Strong attention to Detail. - Fundamental understanding of accounting, finance ability to build financial models. - Familiarity with business valuation techniques, including comparable company and discounted cash flow analysis. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Mandatory) - Strong MS Office applications Knowledge (VB/Macro not required but would be preferred) - Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in similar M&A/Private Equity roles Mandatory.
