Manager - Multi-Family Office (Mumbai) We are currently expanding and looking for a Manager with the following competencies : Key Responsibilities : 1. Prepare and interpret client's information such as investment performance reports, financial document summaries, income projections and proactively re-balancing their portfolios to match their required asset allocation. 2. Monitor and collect key market data points and discuss the same with the investment team to form and monitor investment strategy. 3. Analyze the market & look for new investment opportunities. 4. Regularly monitor portfolio performance including Direct Equity/PMS/AIF/ MF 5. Prepare investment performance report across Fund Managers / Products in the market to draw peer comparisons and bench-marking reports, so that effective investment decisions can be taken. 6. Overall responsibility for the entire accounts, tax and compliance of the family office, which includes accurate recording of books of accounts, timely audit and tax optimization, calculation and filing across entities. 7. Regularly follow-up and stay-in-touch with advisors / fund managers and organize meetings on periodical basis (or) as need arises. 8. Actively conduct periodic overall portfolio review. 9. Evaluation / Screening of new products / funds across listed public market space. 10. Keen and quick learner with strong analytical skill, ability to draw insights, and present actionable thoughts / takeaways in a clear manner. 11. Strong experience in accounts and finance. 12. Knowledge and understanding about various investment products in India is mandatory At Wodehouse, you would be integrated within a small but highly professional team who handle highly confidential information. Education : - Qualified Chartered Accountant would be preferred. - A course on estate/succession planning would be ideal (not mandatory) - Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a family office / high-net-worth tax and investment accounting/audit firm or similar. - Preference would be given to candidates who have worked in a Family Office setup earlier.
