Lead Consultant - Capability ( VP Equivalent )
- Drive Digital in Business processes focusing on customer interactions across channels
- Lead a cluster of verticals and is responsible for digital revenue and digital deployments in these verticals
- Proficient in handling technology projects, business planning, inside sales, pre-sales, consulting
- Designing technology enabled solutions to solve business problems for our customers
- Proficient in creating the Product Roadmap, Overall strategy and Blueprint for implementing Emerging Technologies
- Continually acquire knowledge on emerging technologies in the contact center space through collaboration with solution providers
- Working with delivery teams on process improvement projects and delivering value outcomes through a combination of technology levers, process mapping & effort estimation, and design thinking principles
- Lead Client presentations and workshops
- Lead Partnerships and Alliances and work collaboratively with multiple teams to onboard the right partners.
- Work with internal technology teams to build niche solutions leveraging existing or partner platforms.
- Create a compelling business case basis return on investments for the deployments planned
