JOB DESCRIPTION : TOWER LEAD TITLE OF POST : Group Manager - HR RESPONSIBLE FOR : Managing end to end Global Rewards for specified BU, Location REPORTING TO : Head of Programs Team (General Manager - HR) BASE LOCATION : Mumbai, India ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : - Create, Build and implement reward strategy that aligned to the business / location objectives. - Frequent connect with BU Leadership team to understand the business dynamics, new challenges and key area of interventions - Collaborate with BU leadership and create programs that addresses issues related to Talent attraction, Attrition & Retention, Cost management, Analytics and reporting. - Design a programs that helps BU to drive desired productivity and performance, create a balanced reward construct, Reward Niche skill, - Connect with market and competition to understand and evaluate new best practices which can help manage business dynamics and help mitigate risk - Create a dashboard and provide detailed analytics related to Rewards - Create a structured communication Reward framework defining reward philosophy, approach, pay factors, - Evaluate new systems which help business to ease administration and create employee engagement by collecting periodic feedback for process improvement KEY SKILLS : - Analytical, people management, communication are essential - Experienced in Compensation & Benefits function - Strong Business Orientation - Excellent project management skills - Advanced Excel skills EXPERIECE & QUALIFICATION : Tier I - MBA - 4+ years of experience
