WNS - Sr GM/SVP - F&A Operations

Job Description

- Responsible for managing the Insurance Client Highend F&A Processes

- Will be responsible for transitioning these processed and later managing operations.

- Span -300+ FTEs across Geographies

- Will be responsible for Large expansions from 300 to 600-700 FTE's in the next 12-18 months

- Will Manage multiple site delivery (India plus international locations )

Desired Skills & Experience

- Experience of handling high-end F&A processes, such as Financial Reporting and General Ledger Accounting

- Has handled P&L responsibility for large accounts

- Has handled multiple site delivery (India plus international locations )

- Has handled entire account management responsibility including delivery, SLAs, quality, contractual, people management, transitions etc for large F&A customers

- Desirable – Insurance industry exposure
