Senior Director/ Practice Lead – F&A (Capability Creation)

- WNS currently has a large capability in F&A across Industry Verticals. The focus now is to grow and introduce new, advanced & high value services/LOB with in F&A . We are inviting applications for someone to lead this Practice

- Typically for an F&A CCG position, An ideal candidate would have a combination of Strong Strategic though process having background in solutioning, operational/delivery experience + relevant Technology experience + some form of consulting experience + experience in working with a broader ecosystem of partners/alliances etc.

- The role will involve Developing F&A practice by introducing new offerings & models, Support delivery and presales for solutions, Execute Pilots, Develop, plan and execute training initiatives, Drive KPO innovation, Support RFP/RFI, White Papers, Analyst connect and Develop collaterals on competencies
