A Six Sigma Transformation Quality role that impact business level improvements both from profitability and Customer standpoint. He/ She delivers on Six sigma/ Lean training to build in the competencies among the operations & Quality staff. This role ensures standardization of processes with a robust measurement system in place, process analysis with actionable s and improvement and liasoning with the operations team to deliver on the process improvements.
- Education, Experience, & Required Skills:
1. Six Sigma Master Black Belt is a must.
2. Excellent organization and communication skills.
3. Effectively interact with various levels of management.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
