WNS - Senior Group Manager - Technology Services

Role: Sr.Group Manager - Technology Services.

Location: Pune

Application support Manager.

- Should have strong insurance industry support experience and oracle fusion finance experience would be a big plus.

- Should have overall experience of 14 to 15 years with insurance client experience of at least 5 years and good Oracle fusion finance experience.

- Should have managed a support team of atleast 10 people overseeing all deliverables to the customer and managing SLAs

- Should be good in stakeholder management and reporting.

- Should be well versed with ITIL processes for support

- Ability to Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators, particularly in terms of in-depth trend analysis

- Ability to identify potential areas of service improvement.

- Experience with Problem management and Incident management

- Should have strong customer support and service focus with a desire to high quality service.

- Consulting experience would be a plus.

- MBA educational qualification would be a plus.

- Good people management skills is a must.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
