Job Description:

- The role provides excellent opportunity for highly creative, analytical and solution driven individuals with experience in Insurance/Healthcare and technology to build innovative products and solutions to address the needs in Insurance/Healthcare

- Help build and capture new market opportunities in Insurance through product developments or partnerships while ensuring strategic value to the business

- Managing all aspects of the projects - identifying, solutioning, developing and execution and ensuring the successful achievement of timelines and budgets

- Creating various approaches, negotiating and fostering relationships with internal and external partners

- Developing new business approaches and technologies across departments and clients

- Create business cases, make recommendations regarding benefits, financials, risks, contractual requirements and the long-term sustainability of initiatives

- Complex change management through collaborating and influencing

Experience and skill:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 10 + years of experience in Insurance

- Prior experience in identifying, solutioning and developing technology solutions in Insurance/Healthcare

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Ability to create powerful presentations, business cases and white papers

- Very resilient and lateral thinking capability

- Strong stake holder and relationship management skills and dealing with senior executives

- Previous experience in leading transformation projects in Healthcare/Insurance

- Highly self-motivated, proactive and eager to develop new capabilities in evolving role
