BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

Drive transformation across Insurance and Banking business unit leveraging Analytics and Management Insights

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Drive strategic transformation roadmap for key client accounts leveraging Data Analytics, synchronizing with other transformation levers of Robotics and Digital

Mentor team and hire members with skill set as required

Drive outcomes such as process efficiency and effectiveness

Engage with internal stakeholders to create the right environment for Analytics deployment; address challenges as required

Contribute and present in client reviews / meetings

Goal setting with the team and ensure effective and measurable reviews and feedback mechanism

Drive best practice sharing across the team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The jobholder is responsible for driving Analytics initiatives across the business unit as well as at client sites. This includes identifying possible opportunities, drawing up proposals and plan, implementing them and ensuring handover to Operations. Transfer learnings to the team.

Requirements:

- Hand-on experience with implementation of Analytics, Business Intelligence

- Proficiency with tools such as SAS, R et al

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of a Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 7+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience; OR a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 9+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience.

- Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Excel experience.

- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing talent.

Preferred

Experience with Cognitive, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence et al
