- Budget - end-to-end cycle from target setting to Board approval for all Business Units
- Forecast preparation - monthly forecast for remainder of the year to be presented to the Board
- Monthly MIS and reviews with Senior Management
- Board Reporting - monthly, quarterly reports with accuracy and within the defined timelines
- Projections - long-term projections
- Responsible for financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting
- Automation - need to have an eye for automation across processes and reports
- Analytical skills - to bring out the outliers and identify early warning signals
- Metrics management i.e. Headcount, People efficiency, Seats, Seat Utilization
- Adhering to internal control, policies and procedures
- Present consolidated and insightful analysis of profitability to Corp. Finance Heads
- Plan, organize and control efforts to create standardized, automated planning, analysis and reporting templates to promote efficiency wherever possible
- Strong alignment with the other finance teams driving continuous improvement in decision-making and accountability enabling to deliver top-tier financials
- Ensuring revenues and margins across verticals, support functions as well as at a Corporate level are met through driving cost awareness, Productivity, and enabling necessary control measure / actions
- Strong communication skills across all levels
- Manage a team of total about 10 finance members including Senior persons in FP&A
- Location - Mumbai
- Qualification - CA, MBA with at least 10-15 years of relevant experience in similar industry
- Reporting: Head FP&A
