The role entails overlooking Operations for US Retail client.
Line of Businesses: Non Voice (Email & Chat).
- Looking for someone sound in managing P&L, CSAT/DSAT & overlooking operations support - Training, WFM & Quality control.
- Someone with strong client interfacing background.
- Previous Retail background will be an added advantage.
- Role involves working in rotational shifts.
