KRITI SHARMA, ASSISTANT MANAGER - OPS

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Developing a cutting-edge research and policy agenda and stakeholder outreach strategy.

- Designing, Reviewing, developing, and implementing people policies aligned to business objective, competitive to market and easy to communicate

- Conduct detailed market research and do the benchmarking on the existing and new policies to create a business impact and enhance employee experience

- Conduct periodic policy reviews, comparison with changes related to law of land, evaluate new best market practices, assess efficacy and relevancy of existing policy and suggest changes with impact analysis

- Responsible for creating a structure global mobility framework and processes

- Responsible to manage leadership offers and fitment process

- Establish a detailed Policy communications strategy, policy council to effectively communicate employees in conjunction with senior ops managers

- Create an online solutions, evaluate new systems which help business to ease understanding and create employee engagement by collecting periodic feedback for process improvement

- Focus on enhancing user experience, employee touch point and create impact on people and processes by gamification, employee survey, policy coaching and awareness sessions

- Working closely with senior leadership, location leadership and BU leadership to ensure end to end closure of policies, offer fitments and global movements

KEY SKILLS :

- Excellent writing, project management skills, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability
