Key Accountabilities :

Job Responsibilities : The person would be responsible for the operations of all Service Delivery processes operating out of Mumbai.

His/ Her Key responsibility would include :

- Managing India Operations site for the respective process/client.

- Client Management and ensuring farming of growth and high VOC

Process Delivery : Meeting exceeding SLA's

People Management : Managing Retention and high E Sat.

- Driving change management within the team

- Driving year on year productivity gains within his area of operations.
