- Identify and build GTM for contact center digital assets leveraging new technologies such as AR/VR, IoT etc.
- Develop contact center digital assets, collaterals, case studies for existing digital capabilities
- Manage end to end pre-sales activities for digital capabilities, identify opportunity, pitch the right digital solution, solution building, business case creation
- Articulate client requirements in RFP/RFI and proactively interact with Sales, Client Partner to gather customer digital transformational journey needs, challenges and opportunities
- Qualify and understand the full range of market trends, influences and opportunities relevant to the clients, business, market and customer base
- Create a client-ready proposal document for the solution along with business case and appropriate case studies
Preferred -Client facing projects in a consulting and/or solution building, technology professional services organization, Digital transformation experience, customer journey, interaction touchpoints, contact centers etc.
