Senior Consultant/(AVP equivalent) - Transaction Quality
1. Deployment of QMS in the accounts supported as per the contract
2. Transaction Quality basics deployment and governance
3. Client connect and leading monthly business reviews on Quality
4. Knowledge on TQ basics
5. GB certified or BB trained is preferred
6. Knowledge on Six Sigma and Lean techniques
7. Problem solving and basics of Root cause analysis
8. Knowledge on Sales and Ad-sales is preferred
