WNS - Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager/Specialist - CRM - Email Marketing & Development

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design & build digital marketing responsive emails using Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Email Marketing Tool

- Execute email marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leverage behavioral interest profiling to drive new client acquisition & sales revenue

- Test and debug email rendering issues across multiple email accounts and mobile versions

- Perform A/ B Testing

- Adept in online and traditional marketing and highly skilled in visual communications

- Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator

- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time to deliver results on time and under budget

Skills :

- Expertise on email marketing tools (CRM) like Mail Chimp, Exact target, Silverpop, etc...

- Expertise on Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML/ HTML5 CSS/ CSS3

- Good knowledge in cross email accounts issues and debugging

- Experience in Mail Clients, Open Source CMS

- Ability to learn new tools and technology

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Able to work in a highly dynamic environment and able to multi-task

- Intimate knowledge of Campaign Management Best Practices and trends
