Roles and responsibilities:

- The candidate will be responsible for developing predictive models using wide range of data sources (both structured and unstructured)

- The ideal candidate should possess good communication and can communicate effectively with the team

Technical expertise:

- The person should be competent in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn etc.), possess high levels of analytical skills and have experience in the creation of predictive models

- Ideal candidate should have hands on experience using Machine Learning techniques like Clustering, Logistic regression, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting Machine, SVM, Deep learning etc.

- They should alsohave data extraction capabilities (SQL) and/or be able to understand and evaluate code relevant to data extraction

- Tools experience - Python (mandatory), R (preferred)

- Experience processing large amount of data using BigData technologies is preferred

- Experience working on Dataiku will be an added advantage

Functional/Other expertise:

- Good exposure to BFSI domain especially insurance

- Educational Qualification: Masters in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Econometrics from Tier 1 institutions Or BE/B-Tech, MCA or MBA from Tier 1 institutions

- Relevant Experience: 5 - 8 years of hands on experience in developing predictive models

- Graduate/Post-Graduate

- Should be able to manage Risk & Governance

- Manage client relationships

- Insurance Domain preferred

- Should have worked hands on as Sr ETL Lead
