WNS - Group Manager - Order To Cash

Location - Mumbai Airoli

Shift timing - 3 am and 7 am

Should have valid passport

Group Manager OTC :

- Bachelor's / University / Masters Degree in Accountancy / Commerce

- Sound accounting knowledge

- Prior customer management exp mandatory

- 6/7 years of team handling exp

- Detail oriented & strong domain knowledge in OTC area

- Excellent analytical skills

- Excellent presentation skills - MS office skills

- Experience in Project Management

- Hands on exp in major ERP platform

- Order Management

- Billing / Invoicing

- Customer Master set up

- Credit Management

- Cash Application

- Collections

- Deduction Management
