We co-create and execute the future vision of 400+ clients with the help of our 44,000+ employees. - Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer IT account management matters - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Design solutions for the clients and close agreements to maximize IT and business efficiencies - Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of IT solutions according to customer needs and objectives - Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders - Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly service levels and annual forecasts) - Prepare reports on account status - Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed - Technical degree or equivalent with 7-10 years of experience - Proven work experience as an IT Account Manager, Key IT Account Manager or relevant role - Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. - Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs - Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities - Strong verbal and written communication skills For more details refer to: - https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/WNSGlobalServices/743999881954982-ref37331k-group-manager-it-account-manager-chennai-mumbai-
