Job profile :

- Minimum 7 years- Experience in managing Facilities & Admin operations in IT/ITeS/BPM industry with at least 3 years in a managerial role

- Experience in managing or working with various internal functions of Facilities like Soft Services, Engineering, Security, Transport, Facilities Finance etc

- Good Understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 standards

- Ability to articulate and implement - Standard Operating Procedures- and policies for all work areas under Facilities and Admin

- Ability to analyse complex data and prepare effective presentation for top management

- Ability to drive automation projects - identify areas for automation, gathering requirements,reviewing functional design documents, carrying out UAT and driving implementation across all sites.

- Good Interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage a diverse team of in source and outsource team members

- Effective communication skills to independently front-end discussion with business managers, senior leadership, international clients, service providers, landlords, government agencies etc

- Ability to independently manage internal and external audits, track status of observations and follow up with teams for closure

- Willingness to take up additional responsibilities as and when assigned

Qualification : MBA Graduate
