General Manager (VP equivalent) - Contact Center operations
Looking at leaders with Travel/Airline domain experience.
Location : Mumbai.
Key Accountabilities : Client Management, Service Delivery, People Management and P&L Management.
Job Responsibilities : The person would be responsible for the operations of all Service Delivery processes operating out of Mumbai/Philippines.
His/ Her Key responsibility would include :
- Managing multi-site operations.
- Client Management and ensuring farming of growth and high VOC
- Process Delivery - Meeting exceeding SLA's
- People Management - Managing Retention and high E Sat.
- P&L- Managing the day to costs and run the account profitably
- Driving change management within the team
- Driving year on year productivity gains within his area of operations.
