KRITI SHARMA, ASSISTANT MANAGER - OPS

This role involves directly interacting with clients and running day to day client projects. They would also help in analyzing, reviewing, providing appropriate solutions and help in decision making on the way forward

Key responsibilities:

- Lead, manage or get involved in Lean Six Sigma & Transformation projects

- Understand the client requirements, translate into business requirement and provide output for consideration

- Undertake feasibility studies that translate business objectives into associated requirements

- Design, Develop & Deploy potential solutions for business improvement

- Conduct capability analysis & assess business processes to identify gaps

- Identify, design, implement, manage and communicate change management

- Prepare and develop business case proposals for change programs

- Develops and manages stakeholder relations and communications

- Anticipate changes, challenge assumptions and generate creative, bold yet practical solutions

- Provide inputs to the technology team on the IT transformation solutions

Requirements:

- Graduate with 8+ years of experience in driving Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation & Change Management programs

- Proven track record to quickly understand key value drivers of a business

- Should be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Strong stake holder and relationship management skills and dealing with senior executives

- Lean Six Sigma & Project Management certification

- Ability to create impactful presentations, business cases

- Excellent verbal & written communication

- Prior Onshore consulting experience
