General Manager - Finance & Accounting Domain Training

Location : Pune

Role:

Responsible for overall F&A Training strategy, planning, organizing, staffing and reviewing. Lead the Training department supporting Finance and Accounting Operations; Manage Training department for multiple client operations and locations; Driving Domain Expertise across 5000+ employees aligned to F&A Service offerings.

- Design & Development of Learning Systems

Key Responsibilities:

- Define strategic actions to be undertaken to achieve long-term goals; envision the changed state and provides direction for this change

- Consider capabilities to execute the strategy - balances the macro view with an insightful eye on ground realities

- Create a culture of Client Centric Execution in the organization

- Steer the organization with a clear and focused view on the shared goals between client and organization

- Integrate technology, people and execution to meet current and future client needs

- Internal talent development and strategic positioning of training practices across geographies

- Client management and seamless delivery, customer service management, and learning and development.

- Establish structured Training Frameworks and ensure innovative training practices

- Establish Training controls for Effectiveness and Efficiency of training delivery for new and existing employees

- Participate in activities planned for New Client/Business. e.g. Provide RFP inputs, Due Diligence, Client presentations to showcase Training effectiveness

- Mentor a team of Training Managers and Trainers across multiple locations

- Lead the department for Business Unit Training Strategy framework by establishing new and improved practices

- Work with team, managers and Process Mentors to develop innovative Training Value enablers
