Role / Designation : General Manager
Reporting to : Sr Director
Location : Vikhroli
Work Timings : General Shift (may require to align to client timings during proposals)

Department : F&A Presales
Experience : 15 + years
Education : Graduate Compulsory / CA/MBA Desired
Responsibilities :
- Part of the Technology Services - F&A Presales Team. Will be responsible to manage end to end Presales and Solutions engagements,
- F&A Outsourcing pursuits cutting across key stages of pre-sales function such as Solution Designing, Solution Presentation, Deal Closure and Handover Stage
- Conceptualize and design solutions for F&A pursuits, meeting unique requirements as stated in RFI/RFP document, enabling customers to derive value propositions from proposed solution
- Content Management: Prepare collaterals, case-studies and presentations for solution walkthroughs and sales pitches
- Define To-Be operating model that can deliver operational efficiency and transformational effectiveness using technology and business levers
- Work with IT solution providers to design and develop solutions enabling customers to derive value propositions from proposed solution
- Co-ordinate with Finance, Legal, Service Delivery, Transition and Technology teams for content development on pricing, transition plan, tools and technology proposals and effort estimates
- Participate in client workshops and presentations
- Conduct periodic reviews & toll gates to ascertain if project is on schedule and identify phases that seem to be slipping
- Working with Front-end Sales Lead to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI)
- Providing Solution Consulting and advisory services to customers in the F&A Technology space
- Creation of commercial proposals for F&A Technology solutions for international clients, after interacting with operations SME to finalize the solution
- Streamlining of processes with other departments to work hand-in-hand and ensure smooth delivery
