WNS - F&A Transformation Role

Job Responsibilities

- Identify typical Business process management needs for making P2P, O2C and R2R more efficient in Manufacturing, Retail, Entertainment and Media Industries where the customers run their business process in an heterogeneous environment

- Assess Off the shelf Business process management solutions for identifying the most suitable, scalable, flexible BPM solution which can support the above mentioned business needs

- Develop detailed business process maps for the functional design of the Business Process management solutions based on the Industry needs

- Guide the Business process analysts in developing the functional specifications for the BPM solutions

- Work with the Technical architects of the BPM solution for developing technical designs for the BOLT ON system components and adaptors to make the BPM solution more efficient and effective

- Functional design of MI Systems for presenting SLA metrics of the processes

- Guide the Functional consultants and business analysts during the functional design of the BPM solutions for complex requirements in heterogeneous environments

Desired Experience / Skill -

- Should be authority in the areas of Enterprise application integration techniques, OCR tools, ERP Solutions and Business Intelligence solutions

- Should have working knowledge of leading RDBM systems, data modelling, etc

- Should have proven experience in Third party product assessment ( preferably in assessing the products related to Business Process management ) & Vendor assessment

- Should have proven experience in the product design / solution design in the F & A processes

- Should have experience in creating high impact presentations

- Should have functional knowledge in the area of Finance & accounting ( pertaining to Procure to Pay cycle, Order to Cash and Record to Report streams ) of Retail, Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment
