Deputy Manager - R2R
- End to end knowledge and experience in R2R process of at least 2-3 years
- Should have experience In Journal Entry posting, Fixed Asset, Intercompany reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, fixed asset reconciliation, reconciliation review, month end & year end closing & reporting etc.
- Good Experience of Team/People Management (Attrition, Shrinkage, SLA Reporting, Conflict Management, Client Management, People management related issues & solutions, Process improvement etc.)
- Should be comfortable to work in US Shift
Work Location : Magarpatta, Pune
Shift: - US (1800hrs to 0300hrs)
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Finance graduate (BCOM) / MBA (Finance) / CA/ICWA (Inter) not currently pursuing but passed out in 2012 and not beyond
- Knowledge of IFRS preferred
- Experience of a minimum 2-3 years in relevant field in R2R

Job Description and Key Accountabilities
- Managing SLA and driving the team to achieve / exceed SLA Targets
- Conduct internal reviews with key stakeholders and clients
- Preparation of Dashboard and Deck presentation for periodic Business performance Reviews
- Lead, Review and allocate performance targets
- Understand and implement the process and pre process training needs from the client
- Nominate Staff for trainings scheduled by LA, BPET as per Role enhancements and Road
Mapping exercise
- Ensure optimum work allocation.
- Discussing Quality issues based on input from QM
- Implement corrective and preventive actions and review results
- Lead and drive process improvements and automations leading to efficient processes
- Review processes for deficiencies and implement better controls
- Monitor team Performance and draw development plans
- Conduct appraisal based on PIP data and feedback
- Maintain skill set inventory for teams
- Work and Plan Desk utilization Strategy
- Own rewards & recognition schemes for assigned processes/teams
- Drive Employee satisfaction through initiative, programs and transparency with in team
Additional Info
- willing to work in Night Shift (US Shift)
- Need to stretch during month ends and Quarter ends
Budget - Up to 9.5 Lacs p.a. (Including 20% variable)
