Job Description :

- Candidate will be required to do Contract and Intellectual Property Management.

- Contract Management will include review, negotiation, drafting & advising on various commercial contracts for Operations, Sales, Admin and IT departments such as NDA, COF, SOW, LOI, LOE, Service agreements, Consultant agreements, MSA, RFP, RFI for WNS and its group companies operating across global locations for its clients, strategic alliance partners as well as vendors.

- Intellectual Property Management will involve liaising with business teams to understand the requirement for new IPs, renewals, filings and record management.

- Candidate should be good with research on legal matters.

- Good negotiations skills and excellent command over English language are must.
