Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensuring a transparent, clear, consistent, comprehensive and seamless delivery of end to end HR Systems
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and track progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
- Ensure adherence to performance baselines in terms of cost, quality, scope and budget
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal and statutory compliance
- Due Diligence & Audit
- Vendor Evaluation and Management
- Support the ongoing development of best practices and tools
- HR Governance and compliance
KEY SKILLS :
- Analytical, people management, communication
- Strong Business Orientation
- Excellent project management skills
Qualifications :
- MBA fulltime Mandatory
- Technical Background Preferred
- Prior Work Experience of 1-2 Years Preferred
