Job Responsibility:

- Leading high performing team of data scientists to deliver solutions for complex business problems across multiple industries and functional areas

- Own product vision and roadmap for various in-house AI/ML products

- Lead, nurture and groom team members for technical & program excellence

- Lead the data science POCs for all verticals - be involved throughout the life-cycle of an assignment across requirements definition, specification, data collection, solution design, development, documentation, implementation and user training.

Qualification and Requirements:

- Post Graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics/ B.Tech / M.Tech/ MBA from Tier 1 college

- 15+ years of overall experience in applying advanced analytics/data science to solve business problems

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and link analytics to derive solutions

- Experience in machine learning (Supervised & Unsupervised ML) and deep learning techniques (CNN/RNN)

- Proficient in deriving insights from unstructured data (text, speech, image, video)

- Familiarity with at least one of Data Science programming language: Python, R

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly and effectively communicate complex analytical and technical content

- Collaborative team player, professional attitude with a strong drive and positive mind

- Strong critical thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders

- Familiar with cloud technologies (e.g. Azure)
