1. Good experience in leading pricing projects (General Insurance- Commercial Lines-Property/Motor/Marine/Liability) including deployment of a pricing tool into a business and discussions with Underwriter

2. Knowledge of Actuarial tools (EMBLEM/RADAR/RADAR LIVE), data mining tools like SAS/R/Python, automation using VBA macros

3. Work experience in Pricing for both short tail and long tail classes of commercial insurance business (e.g., property and liability lines)

4. Should have knowledge on Frequency, Severity modelling and Loss cost modelling

5. Knowledge on pricing using Exposure and Experience rating methodologies

6. Should have in-depth knowledge in determining LDFs of portfolio

7. Should be able to analyse the ILF curves/Loss curves, review them, make adjustments and perform impact analysis

8. Should have built pricing tools/ raters on Excel or provide inputs for Web App dev

9. 6-8 years' experience in Insurance Pricing modelling/Actuarial Space

10. Cleared or preparing for ST-8 General Insurance Pricing Actuarial Science paper

11. Cleared at least 3-4 actuarial papers and pursuing for fellowship undefined
